Due to Hurricane Milton, Hillsborough Community College (HCC) will close on Tuesday, Oct. 8 through Friday, Oct. 11, 2024. All classes and activities are canceled.
Classes for Monday, October 7 are scheduled as planned.
The public should refrain from accessing college property. Essential staff including the Facilities and Public Safety departments are the only ones permitted to be on college property after the storm passes; they will need ample time to assess and address any damage.
The college plans to reopen on Saturday, October 12, including classes.
HCC will continue to monitor conditions and communicate any deviations from normal operations. Please visit hccfl.edu/storm for the latest information.
