Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Hispanic and Latino Advisory Council, Somos HCC, to host Bilingual Awareness Nights on September 20, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the SouthShore Campus, October 5, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Brandon Campus and October 10, 6 – 8 p.m. at the Dale Mabry Campus.
Bilingual Nights serve to educate the community on the programs and services HCC offers to the Tampa Bay area, such as financial aid, disability services, counseling, academic advising, student services and more. All information is delivered in Spanish and English.
The event is free and open to the public, with the main target being the Hispanic families who may like to receive the information in Spanish.
