Hillsborough Community College Music Department Announces Winter Choral Concert

11/05/2021

(TAMPA, Fla.) – The Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Music Department will present their winter choral concert, #SingNewMusic, on Nov. 30, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the Ybor City Campus Mainstage Theatre. The performance will feature winter and holiday music from the best contemporary choral composers, such as Jake Runestad, Dan Forrest, Katerina Gimons, Tune Yards and Erin Propp.

The winter choral concert is the Music Department’s response to rebuild. #SingNewMusic is a worldwide movement to help composers and publishers survive the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

General and virtual admission tickets are $15, but admission is free for HCC students, faculty and staff. There is limited capacity seating, so advanced tickets are suggested. Masks are expected to be worn during the live performance.
