Monica Bill Barnes and Company at Hillsborough Community College
Thank You and Good Night addresses the idea of sharing the stage with someone else and the many meanings of upstaging, being seen and making a scene. Monica Bill Barnes and Anna Bass make faces, wiggle and punch the air in little dance tantrums, and use their quick wit to intrigue the audience in various ways. The piece was originally commissioned by Dance New Amsterdam.
