Majority of HCC Adjunct Faculty Vote for Collective Bargaining

PERC has notified HCC of the results of the November Special Election. Among the 1,010 eligible faculty members identified as a part of the unit, 515 participated in the special election with 339 voting in favor of being represented by a collective bargaining agent.
 
The HCC Administration would like to thank everyone who voted and recognize each of you for your valuable contributions to our students, our classrooms and the College as a whole. We appreciate your important work.
 
Moving forward, we are committed to working with the SEIU to create the best possible teaching and learning environment for all HCC faculty and students.
